Whenever I try to test my vendor membership registration, after I fill out the Paypal test information on Paypal, it redirects to my website, but nothing is there other than a “0” written in the corner. I am not sure if this has to do with my Paypal IPN page because I do not understand what to put there, but it is definitely not working.
Also, when a new vendor is registering, after filling out the registration form, it skips the memberships page and goes straight to the payment page.
Any help would be much appreciated! Thank you!

I’m not sure if this will help, but I just started testing Stripe payments, and after purchasing a vendor membership it goes to a page that says “There has been a critical error on this website.”

Hello,
I have spent a lot of time trying to make sure I did everything right from that link, and I am still getting the screen with the 0 afterwards. Can you explain to me what all information should go in the WCMP settings for Paypal? Does it have to do with the Vendor Membership IPN? It’s very unclear what should go where and what certain fields are needing to have in them.

Hello,
Thank you so much! I have added and activated both plugins, but I am still getting the same issue. After going through Paypal, I end up on a page that just says 0.

Hello, I’m trying to send another reply but it isn’t working
Edit: This one worked. I think it’s a problem with setting it as private
Edit again: Still not working, even without private
Edit 3: After copying and pasting the reply, it said I’ve already posted that reply. I can’t see it though, but I’ll just hope that you can. Summary of reply: I had the wrong plugin activated, but after activating the beta plugin, I got an error.

I realized I did not have the correct plugin activated. After activating the beta plugin, I am getting this error after the vendor registration page:

Okay, I have done this and now instead of going to the vendor registration page when clicking “Upgrade Now”, it loads back into the same page it was on.

If I get to the product page for a membership plan with the membership plugin deactivated and press the Add to Cart button, it redirects to the product page and does not add it to the cart.

Kindly check your page settings. As per the issue faced by you, it seems that the cart page is not set up properly at your end.

The cart page in Woocommerce is set up as the page that I use as the Cart on my website. After going through the process of adding a normal product to my cart, the Cart page works as expected.

Hello,
May I know if you have checked marketplace plugin with WooCommerce and standard theme (storefront/twenty). Please deactivate all your plugin, except WooCommerce and WCMp + addon. You can then check the flow. If everything is working fine, in order to detect which plugin is causing conflict- please activate each plugin consecutively and check the flow.
Similarly, for theme conflict- please deactivate the current theme and check with standard WooCommerce theme (storefront/twenty) It is suggested to please perform these tests on your staging website and keep us posted with the outcome.
If the issue still persists, then kindly share admin and vendor access (staging site) and FTP access. While sharing the access, please mark the reply as private. -

With only the WooCommerce and WCMP and WCMP Membership plugins activated, the issue persists. I did notice, however, that while attempting to sign up without an account logged in at all, it did redirect to the registration page, but after going through the registration, it said “Sorry, this product cannot be purchased.” If it helps at all, the button when there was no account logged in said “Subscribe Now” but when the account was logged in, it says “Upgrade Now”. Also, I tried it with the Membership plugin inactive, and the subscription had no options for purchasing on it.

Hello,
If you are already logged in as a vendor, then you will see the membership plan where you will get the upgrade option. Now if you are not logged in then you will see the option for subscribe now option.
Regrading the error that you are facing, kindly refer to this link https://wordpress.org/support/topic/sorry-this-product-cannot-be-purchased-9/ which will guide you further. -

Hello,
Sorry that it has been so long since I have updated the case. The link you posted was solved because of a setting in Add Product that I do not see on the membership settings. They solved it by putting 0.00 in the price, which will not apply to this. Also, I think I will open a case with WooCommerce because it does sound like it is coming from their plugin. I still don’t understand why the main problem of the button to apply for a membership just redirects to the product listing for that product though.
