Pending Vendor on new user registration

      Having issue when a new user registers to the site and it auto applies for a Vendor. Am I doing something wrong?

      Please register here… to test and notice that it says pending vendor. Before, you would have to click it and then it would auto give you the vendor dashboard.

      Hi @Ken orozco, Can you please share a video of the process mentioned and also share a temporary admin access of your site so that we can check that and help you accordingly.

      Approve Vendor automatically does not work. It gets stuck on pending vendor when a new user is created.

      Hello @Ken orozco, You must have set the Approve vendor option as “Manually” the settings submenu of MultiVendorX (https://tinyurl.com/23znob9g). That is why when your vendors are registering on the site they are coming as pending vendors. Kindly check once on your end.
