      trying to place an order on website but when every plugin is active order not getting placed right now we just disable all the plugins apart of woocommerce and MultiVendorX and even changed the theme aswell but still order is not getting place i am attaching the screenshot of what is the error i am getting while placing the order. please have alook and resolve it asap..

      We have checked this on our end but there is no such issue on our end.

      we checked our theme and all other plugin apart of the multivendorx every other plugin is working fine can you please check again as i active the multivendorx plugin now

      Thanks for sharing the FTP access with us. But we are not able to connect to the server using the credentials given by you. We are getting the following messages –
      Status: Resolving address of lushoppy.com
      Status: Connecting to [2a02:4780:20:1c58:7ed8:5902:bf4f:24c6]:21…
      Status: Connection attempt failed with “ETIMEDOUT – Connection attempt timed out”, trying next address.
      Status: Connecting to 154.49.242.161:21…
      Status: Connection established, waiting for welcome message…
      Error: Could not connect to server
      Check carefully and share the correct credential.
      Also we have checked on your end if the commission type under commission in settings submenu is set as %+fixed(per transaction) only then the error is coming on the checkout. But if the commission type is set as something else for example – only percentage then there is no such issue appearing on the checkout while placing the order. The order is getting placed correctly.
      Kindly check if you have added any code on your end for which the issue is appearing on the checkout because on our end no such error is coming on the checkout even if the commission type is set as %+fixed(per transaction).
