Hi,
My customer initiated the order and payment made. Sometimes, there is a chance for price revision. In that situation, how to change the order and initiate refund or get additional amount.

@Manigandan E V, refund management is generally a manual process. Hence admin needs to set the order as refunded and manage the payment manually.

Is it possible to do customisation. After vendor making payment for the particular order, there may be a chance to increase the price of the product or remove the product from the order. In woocommerce I am able to edit the order quantity, even now I am able to alter the price [RD Order Modification plugin]. Order modification is not happening in MVX. I need a provision for a store vendor to modify the price upward/ downward. If there any excess that can be added to wallet and if any shortfall in payment then that can be collected from the customer.

To enable this functionality, you may need to implement a custom code solution or ensure that the third-party plugin you are using for WooCommerce is compatible with MultiVendorX.
