      Can you please create a stgaing site and share the admin and FTP access, so we can debug this further.

      While sharing the access, don’t forget to mark the response as private.

      Kindly share STAGING SITE admin and vendor and FTP access as our team need to debug the issue on your site. In order to test and debug the issue further we need to deactivate and activate themes and plugin on your site.

      Hi @francesco ranno, our team will add a filter, using this you can keep the older version of the Vendor Shop page. But please note, if you use this filter, then you can’t use the elementor to edit the page.

      However for now, if you want to proceed with using the filter, then use https://github.com/wcmarketplace/dc-woocommerce-multi-vendor/pull/806 this pull request
      So, after downloading the plugin from here – https://github.com/cool-raju/dc-woocommerce-multi-vendor/archive/refs/heads/fix/800.zip, follow these steps :
      – Delete the installed WC Marketplace via wp-admin >> plugin
      – Unzip the GitHub plugin
      – Rename the folder as “dc-woocommerce-multi-vendor” and remove the master tag. Now, zip this folder again.
      – Install this plugin on your site.
      Please do keep us posted.

      and then add this below code in your current active theme functions.php file

      add_filter('wcmp_load_default_vendor_store', '__return_true');
      Copy

      Please make all these changes in staging site first and then add the same in live site.
