      Hi, as of today, the Product Manager section of the vendor dashboard menu isn’t showing any longer, also when a vendor is logged in, they can’t edit a product from shop front end (no icons visible).

      I’m just wondering if anything to do with the software license/subscription might cause this and disable it, or if there’s an error on my site that I need to get my developers to look into?

      @MisterS, as you are using the memberhsip plugin, so please check whether you have given the submit product option for that plan.
      You can check that via wp-admin >> Products, Filter the products by WCMp Subscription

      Hi @wcmp_support_ninja yes we are using the Membership plugin and have the submit options ticked (this hasn’t changed in the main or membership plan options). Would it remove this menu item if it wasn’t ticked?

      I am looking at our plugin info and it actually shows WCMp Vendor Membership as being “Version 999.0.0” installed, but I see your latest version is 2.4! Does this mean there’s an issue with our plugin? As far as I know, no work happened on the site recently, this has just stopped working correctly.

      I just checked and I can still register a new vendor with a subscription though, so it seems as though it’s all working except the ability to manage products!

      MisterS, yes the current version is 2.4

      Now in order to debug this issue on your end, can you please first make sure that you are using updated Memberhsip. You can download the plugin from here : https://multivendorx.com/my-account/api-downloads

      If you are still facing this issue, please create a staging site and share the temporary admin, ftp and vendor (who is facing this issue) access.
      While sharing the access don’t forget to mark the response as private.
