Hello,
How can i hide the 2 words “categories” and “tags” while keeping the actual categories and tags.
and how can i remove the SKU at all from the vendor frontend as well

The words “categories” and “tags” get added by WooCommerce or your theme (if they have added their own code their). Hence in order to remove that you have to do some custom code. You can find a reference of hook/filter here :
