Hello people, I have a small problem and I don’t know if it’s related to WCMP or Woocommerce.
My products (all virtual ones) were sold by the site, but when I created my test user and made him vendor all the products have been assigned to him, and now each product shows “sold by test user”. I even deleted the vendor’s company but the products are still showing “sold by”.
How can I reassign the products to Admin? I have noticed a small “unassign vendor” button under the product metabox, but is that going to do what I wish?
      Please clarify.

      Hello,

By default flow, when an existing user apply for a vendor then his name remains same as the existing user name eg: test user only and all the products assigned to him will be given that name.

Now by “How can I reassign the products to Admin” what do you mean? can you please explain your requirement in detail with help of video clip/ screenshot so that we can guide you more efficiently.

hello, the problem is not the user, but the fact that the products were created by Admin and I don’t understand how they have been assigned to the user. AS I point out in the image attached, what happens if I click the “unassign” button?

Yes by clicking on this button it will remove the vendor from the product and it will remain as the admin product.
