I have a problem and I need to understand if it’s within my theme or WCMP. Please advice on the following:
if Admin creates a product and assigns it to a Vendor (using the metabox “product’s owner business”), that product will not show in Vendor’s product list (neither is assigned to the Vendor, in WordPress backend products list). Only if Vendor creates the product it appears in the list. -

You should have tested with the existing Vendor I gave you. As a matter of fact, with everything deactivated, that Vendor is still not showing the product assigned. Because:
1) my products are assigned to a Vendor’s business, not to a Vendor
2) with everything de-activated, the metabox “assign to a Business” is missing, as it’s generated by my theme
3) still, assigning the product with the WCMP metabox (as you do in the video) doesn’t assign to the Vendor (“Lab Collaudi”) -
