Hi,

I have issue on my WordPress website regarding vendor dashboard. Apparently, vendors can add products on their own, but they can’t edit the published products afterwards because the products don’t appear on the dashboard. I tried disabling all other plugins except WooCoomerce and WCMP but it still didn’t work. Attached is the screen capture of the dashboard.

@fdalilarokip, sorry to hear that you have faced this issue.

It seems like there might be theme conflict. Just to be sure, switch to some default theme such as Twenty Sixteen and check again.

Thank you for the reply. I’ve done as you suggested, I switched to Twenty Sixteen theme but it was still the same on the vendor dashboard side. No published products appeared below it.

Hi @fdalilarokip, in that case please create a staging site and share the admin, FTP access.

While sharing the access, don’t forget to mark the response as private.
