  Hello,
  At the page /wp-admin/admin.php?page=wcmp-setting-admin&tab=capabilities I have UNchecked the option “If checked, products uploaded by vendors will be directly published without admin approval.”

  But after the latest update, when ANY vendor uploads a new product, then it is published without admin approval. What am I doing wrong? please advise…

  Hi, thank you for getting in touch with us.
  We tried to recreate this on our but didn’t face any such issues.
  
  It seems like there is some plugin/theme conflict. Just to be sure, disable all the plugins except WooCommerce and WCMp and check again.
  If the issue is still there, switch to some default theme such as twenty sixteen and check again.

  I told you that it was working and I have not installed any other new plugin. Did you read that I told you it happened “after the latest update”?

  Sorry for the issue you are facing.
  As we are not getting this issue on our end with the updated version

  But it is happening in your site, we need to confirm if any of your previously installed plugin or theme is causing the issue.
  
  Kindly share your admin, ftp access so that we can assist you further.
  Also do not forget to mark the response as private while sharing the access.

  Hello,
  I am sure that it works great at your end. WCMP is the best, so we trust and use it the last years. But you can not imagine how disappointing is that when you have a marketplace that works and after an update something happens and one function stop working.
  
  Now in order to give you access please tell me about a DAY eg tomorrow, and TIME where I have to make a server snapshot first, and a site announcement if something to do not work properly. And you will check/work without interruptions.

  But in our last update we haven’t modified any Product related capabilities, you can check the same here https://wordpress.org/plugins/dc-woocommerce-multi-vendor/#developers
  
  So we need to check what else has changed in your site. It would be really helpful if you can create a staging site and share the admin, FTP access of that site.
  p.s. we are available between 11 am IST to 5 pm IST

  Please check at LIVE site. The staging sites many times work, but LIVE sites not. I need to check that at LIVE site please.

  A) Which plugin is WCMp exactly? I only have the “Advanced Frontend Manager”.
  B) You enabled EVERY plugin? Are you serious?
  
  What kind of support is that? Do you support or not? Very disappointed.

  As I can see you created 3 test vendor accounts without even enabling them. OK I will make any available update and check alone.

  We have created only one test vendor in your site which was shown in the video (see screenshot- https://prnt.sc/26kkkfw ) and the rest vendor accounts was already there in your site.

  Hello,
  After some plugin enable actions it fixed. It may need to disable/enable some plugins.
