  If “Publish Products” is disable, Vendors can not publish re-edited products.
  I would like to require approval to add a new product, but not require approval to publish a re-edited product.
  I think that there is an error in “edit-product.php” on line 366.

  By the default flow if the publish product option is disabled then the vendors will require admin approval to publish any reedited products too.
