Hello, please help

1. how to use the [mvx_product_category] shortcode correctly?
Does it work on all pages? I tried to paste this on the brand page but it doesn’t show anything.

2. How to use the [vendor_coupons] shortcode correctly?

I created a page that matches the endpoint specified in the settings.

URL of the page with the shortcode [vendor_coupons]: site.com/promocode
Endpoint address: (Coupons List Endpoint) promocode.

But I don’t see any new tab in control panel.
The page is shown just blank for visitors and admin. For the vendor, it simply displays content – is it supposed to be like that? (please see photo)

3. How to set columns for shortcodes? I tried:
[mvx_best_selling_products vendor=”” per_page=”12″ columns=”6″ orderby=”title” order=”ASC”]

But still, the number of products is displayed in columns 4., i.e. columns=”4″

I tried changing the speaker settings to 6 but that didn’t help either.

But this is the full shortcode :
[mvx_product_category vendor=”” per_page=”12″ columns=”4″ orderby=”title” order=”DESC” category=”” operator=”IN”]

Make sure to pass the user_id of the specific vendor.
