  Hello I hope you are well.
  Could you please help us to ensure that the notifications are in real time and it is time to update the browser to see if there are new notices, also if it is possible to have an audio alert tone.

  Hi @developer-8646, by default like WordPress or WooCommerce, the notification is not real-time.
  
  However, you can do custom code and add this option using our API. YOu may also use some plugins like https://wpbuffs.com/wordpress-push-notifications-plugins/ and make them compatible with WCMp.
