Hi support,
My site was down since the updates of the Free version from version 4.0.14 to version 4.0.15. Today, when I tried to update to Free version to version 4.0.16, it causes critical error on my site too. I’ve get the error log from my host, and please help me in this regard as I’ll be unable to update to any future version if this issue persists. The error log is as follow:

Additionally, I want to test on the update of the Pro version as well but I don’t see any update notice anymore in my wp installed plugin list. Plus the download links on API Subscription link shows invalid download link as shown https://prnt.sc/ftyDQ66uKfjr and I’m unable to update the Pro version. Could you please help in this regard?
Thanks -

@Chris, sorry for the inconvenience. Please download the pro plugin from here : https://multivendorx.com/my-account/api-downloads/
Also make sure you are using the updated version of MultiVendorX.
Let us know if this fixed the issue.

It’s okay. I’m able to download the latest pro plugin now. Initially my site was down out of a sudden due to auto-updates of the free version that cause critical error and so I disabled auto-updates and rolled back to the previous version temporarily. Later when another new version is released, I manually updated to the latest version but the outcome was still the same. But now after updated to the latest pro version, the issue is fixed just like a charm. Thanks and you may close this thread now.
