Recurring subscription order is not being visible

      Hello there,
      we are seeing a serious issue with the site.

      We have used subscription module and we are charging vendors to get registered.

      Before a couple of days, a vendor got charged for the new month but its orders; I can see that in my stripe dashboard but its not showing me under Woocommerce > Orders. Woocommerce places an order on its own to charge the new cycle of the subscription and it adds an entry as well so we can see that but I am not being able to see the same.

      Please let me know if you can do the needful here or its a miss from your end like the previous ticket.

      On our staging site, we are using the latest version of MVX and we are seeing the same issue on there as well.

      We need to fix this as soon as possible. Please do the needful here.

      Hi @Simon, We are closed due to the weekends. As soon as we will be open,we will get back to you accordingly.

      @Simon Thomas, not to worry, this is not an error.
      As per our default flow when a vendor registers on the site with a recurring plan an order gets created. After that we send all the membership plan related responses of that plan to stripe/paypal accordingly. Now all the subscription renewal related flow gets carried away by the payment gateway’s i.e. Stripe/PayPal, and the admin can check the payment related information, by logging into the Stripe/Paypal dashboard accordingly.
      Also on the vendor dashboard the vendor can see details of his current active membership plan , start date , next recurring payment date etc. under the membership tab (http://tinyurl.com/2bf8cvbo).
      We do not create a new order for the recurring payments as this might be confusing to the site owner if a new order gets created for every recurring payment.

      Sangita,
      just want confirm, if a payment is being deducted from a vendor(every month); as an admin, where will I get to see all the transaction for the vendor?

      I am getting to see everything in stripe dashboard but where I can check this on the WordPress site back-end?

      @Simon Thomas, you can learn about all the subscribers by going to the admin dashboard >>MultiVendorX >>Membership, here under the subscribers option the admin can learn about the order status, membership plan, billing period, start date etc.
      But there is no other option to check details about the vendor recurring payments from the admin dashboard. The admin needs to learn about that by going to his Stripe/Paypal account accordingly.
      However, we are going to redesign our Subscribers page in future and after that the admin will be able to learn about more details regarding the vendor’s membership plan such as next recurring date, recurring amount and many more.
