Hello,
I am not quite sure how the refund is working from the vendor’s side.
To be more specific let’s say we have a product that costs 100 euro where the 85 euro belongs to the vendor and the 15 is the commission for admin.
When the order status change to refunded, the vendor on his dashboard (and on banking overview too) sees that he has to refund the customer with the whole amount (-15euros) where he should be seeing zero amount earning, right?
Please, let me know what I have understood wrong.

LM, let me help you out with the flow :

The refund button (I presume you are referring to this: https://prnt.sc/wlun5r) in the order page lets the vendor notify the customer that the order is refunded. Hence the vendor has to put the whole number.

However please note, the refund is a manual process and the policy varies in different sites.
a. Sometimes the admin sends the full money to the customer and vendor sends the money to admin.
b. Sometimes vendors send the money to customer and admin sends the money to vendors.

So the refund flow depends on the policy on your site.

Now, if you are referring to something else, can you please explain that a bit more with some scrrenshot.
