I have tried for three straight weeks now to get all of the money that you guys took from me back. I have contacted everybody you’ve told me to contact. Your contact and refund emails, a web form, everything. I even responded back to the place that the email that sent my orders.

The problem is that these are not my orders. You guys told me I would not be charged for shit. You told me that there would be no more charges since you upgraded me to the new plug-in. My website has been down and completely in operable, and I lost a damn client over this! On top of you taking over $1000 total out of my damn account without my approval. I am tired of being ignored, tired of not being responded to, and demand my money back. These people are crooks. They don’t respond, they don’t wanna give me my money back for anything that they charged me for.

Here’s a summary of the last point of contact I had with you guys, with your contact/refund email that you sent to me. Again, no damn response. And this is only part of the charges. There are a ton more in my account.
