      Hello,

      I bought your WCMP Stripe Marketplace Plug in last year and it just never worked. I stopped using it more than 6 months ago. But on the 8 of january, you took 49$ from my bank account without telling me.
      Could you please :
      1. Stop my subscription
      2. Reimburse me the 49$

      Sorry for the inconvenience. Regarding subscription cancellation – you need to cancel the subscription service directly from the payment gateway, exactly like other subscription services.

      Regarding refund- I would request you to please send an email to our refund team -refunds@wc-marketplace.com
