      Hello 🙂

I have some pending and rejected vendors – their profiles are showing content from archive.php, when their status is rejected/pending (dc_rejected_vendor & dc_pending_vendor).

If people get to these pages, they came their either from Google or some kind of direct link – and I doesnt want it to show the archive.php content.

Can you elaborate on where this happens – where is the archive.php-page loaded? I rather want to show a specified error page OR simply redirect to a proper page.

      Thanks, Dennis.

      Hi,
WCMp does not have archive.php template. Kindly tell us the full template name or share a image and mark the portion so we will tell you the template name and where is the template loaded.

      regards,

I know it is not a WCMp archive.

It shows the actualy WordPress archive.php from /archive.php in child theme, when vendor is pending or rejected (so it shows blog posts etc.).

      What I want to achieve:

When a vendor is rejected or pending, and someone visits their url (“domain.com/vendor/vendor_slugname”), I want it to redirect to home_url().

      How can I do that?

      Hi,
You can simply Override /wp-content/plugins/dc-woocommerce-multi-vendor/templates/taxonomy-dc_vendor_shop.php template by copying it to yourtheme/dc-product-vendor/taxonomy-dc_vendor_shop.php

Then add your custom code to check if vendor is pending vendor then redirect to your home page.

      Regards,

Hi , we haven’t heard back from you for a while.
So we presume this issue has been fixed. We are closing this for now.
