We’ve had a couple of purchases made using a gift card and the email notification going to vendors is stating $0 commission because the product wasn’t paid for.
Is there a way so the email to vendors still states the correct discount amount?
Even with the coupon applied, can commission be on the retail price of the product ? In general, in vendor new order email, I want to show the commission subtotal and total based on the retail price, not based on how the customer spent. Is there any hook available of doing that ?
