Shipping Zones: We have set up 62 postcode zones at the top, followed by 8 state and territory zones, and ended with a single country zone. While this structure allows us to define specific shipping rates for different postcodes, states, territories, and the entire country, we are facing an issue when configuring certain vendors’ products to use state and territory zones instead of postcode zones. We want some vendors’ products to use state and country zones instead of postcode zones. Currently, when entering the postcode on the cart page, it matches with the postcode zones first, disregarding the state and territory zones. Could you please provide guidance on how we can bypass the top 62 postcode zones for some specific vendors?

@Dhruv Jha, as per our understanding you don’t want certain vendors to access the postcode. I am right?
If not, would mind sharing a scrrenshot of the changes you are looking for so we can assist you with this.

@Dhruv Jha, in that case as there is no default custom code. You have to remove that option by checking vendor_id.
