Hi

I am interested in understanding a way to restrict vendors from being able to delete media from their dashboard. Setting the configuration to not be able to edit a product is too restrictive as I need them to be able to edit the title, change the image but not delete anything from within their wordpress media page.

This might be to present a message to the vendor that is configurable so that when they click ‘delete’ on the media screen they will be presented with a message that states something like ‘Please email us if you wish to delete this media file’. Alternatively via configuration, hide the delete button.

Is there a way to do this? If custom code, where would I roughly find the code area in the plugin to review a possible change? I’d only need to do this temporarily until a proper solution can be put into place in the future, but might be of use to others using your plugin.
