      Hi support,
      I found some issues for the RNB Quote system. The quote is missing some important stuff for rental product’s quote as shown in https://prnt.sc/u554QYkbQvIM

      Delete the installed MultiVendorX Pro via wp-admin >> plugin and Kindly download the plugin from here https://drive.google.com/file/d/1bHSmjTjy20zsNdZqouIRcjJJQKrZ3WA5/view?usp=share_link

      All the issues with Rental and Bookings have been resolved .Also there is an option for vendors to confirm the quote https://prnt.sc/_aAmkkv1Whvq

      Please check all the features of rental and bookings from here and do keep us posted.

      Hi, thanks for the fast response. Sorry that I didn’t manage to reply on time as I was working on other stuff. Anyway, all the issues mentioned previously were resolved and all the features are looking good now. However, I found another issue in the content of the automated email notification sent by vendors for Rental’s quote system, which will confuse customer.
      Normally, the flow is when an admin update a quote request, an email will be sent to notify the customer, but the email content is different based on the status. For example, when admin updates the quote request status to ‘On Hold’, the email will state the current status of the quote and customer can view the quote as shown in the screenshot below:

      This will let the customer knows about the quote status and customer can further discuss on the quote with admin.

      Then, when admin updates the quote request status to ‘Accepted’ after discussion, the email will state that the quote is accepted and customer can view the quote and book with the listed price as shown in the screenshot below:

      This will let the customer know about the acceptance of quote status with the listed price and customer can proceed to book and pay for it.

      However, on vendor’s end, any type of status update will result in the same email content sent to customer which will confuse the customer. Attached are the screenshots showing the email received when quote status is updated from ‘Processing’ (Vendor Quote Status 1.png) to ‘On Hold’ (Vendor Quote Status 2.png) and to ‘Accepted’ (Vendor Quote Status 3.png).

      When a quote is not accepted (Status not updated to ‘Accepted’ by Vendor), customer will not see the Book Now button in their MyAccount page. So, the email sent will confuse the customer because when they clicked on the ‘View Quote & Book Now’ button, they will be expecting to see any book now button as if the quote was accepted but in fact, the quote is still either processing or on hold or in discussion.

      In addition, when a quote is cancelled (when vendor updated status to ‘Cancelled’, especially after updating from ‘Completed’ to ‘Cancelled’), the email is showing the Congratulations content as shown in the screenshot below:

      To conclude, this email content thingy happens only when the vendor is updating the status. If admin is updating the status, it works as normal. It’s weird if all the status were showing the same content (quote request is ACCEPTED & customer can view quote and BOOK NOW), especially for status ‘Pending’, ‘On Hold’ and ‘Cancelled’ because in fact for these status, customer cannot even book. Please fix this issue. Thanks.
