I am setting up a woocommerce store, which is essentially a multivendor-marketplace. But our customers won’t pay for every product individually. They can sign up for a membership and pay a membership price, to get access to all the vendors’ products. It’s all digital products, people get to print those products, when they are members.
Therefore I need to create a commission payment plan for vendors.
My idea is to split the payment of the customer the following way: 50% stay with the marketplace-owner, the other 50% get split up among the vendors. So if a customer “buys” in a month only from one vendor, the cost will be split up 50-50. If the customer buys from 3 different vendors and he buys 2 items from one, 3 items from the next and then 5 from the other one, the 50% will be divided by ten and then multiplied by 2, 3 or 5 for each vendor.
Is there a way to set up a payment plan like this?

As per woocommerce customer needs to pay for the order. Only the vendor’s commission gets calculated and vendor will get paid.
Now as we can understand you need thies flow :-

– Customer will only pay for subscription/memberhsip and get access of all digital products.
– Vendor will earn commission on that memberhsip purchase.

As you can understand that this is not supported by default, but you can achieve this by following this flow :

– As the product purchase gets carried out by WooCommerce, so please check whether there are any such plugin that support your flow.
– Once you will have the plugin selected please share the link. As we need to check how they will let the user purchase a plan. This way we can help you out on how to configure the commission.
