Since you’re experiencing this issue on your site, we recommend the following troubleshooting steps:
— Temporarily deactivate all plugins except WooCommerce, MultiVendorX, and MultiVendorX Pro.
— Switch to a default theme such as Twenty Twenty-Four or Storefront.
— Recheck the flow to see if the issue persists.
If the problem still occurs after this, please create a staging site (a clone of your live site) and share the following with us:
Staging site URL, Temporary admin access, FTP credentials
This will help us investigate the issue in your environment and assist you more effectively.
