      Hi, I want to set comission for a certain vendor at 0%.

      The input box says: To set vendor commission as 0 pass “0” in the Commission Amount filed.

      However in the input box you can only insert numbers and can’t pass any other symbols.

      Please help.

      We’ve reviewed the flow by setting the vendor commission to 0%, and we were unable to replicate the issue you described. Everything appears to be functioning correctly on our end. For your reference, please check the screenshots here:

      Since you’re experiencing this issue on your site, we recommend the following troubleshooting steps:

      — Temporarily deactivate all plugins except WooCommerce, MultiVendorX, and MultiVendorX Pro.

      — Switch to a default theme such as Twenty Twenty-Four or Storefront.

      — Recheck the flow to see if the issue persists.

      If the problem still occurs after this, please create a staging site (a clone of your live site) and share the following with us:

      Staging site URL, Temporary admin access, FTP credentials

      This will help us investigate the issue in your environment and assist you more effectively.

      When sharing the staging site information, please make sure to mark your reply as private.
