Hello @timthijsebaert.be, You are using a very old version of our plugin but you are using the latest version of WooCommerce and WordPress on your end and we can not assure you about the compatibility of the older version of our plugin with the latest versions of Woocommerce and WordPress. So kindly update the WC catalog enquiry plugin to the latest version (5.0.7)on your end and check.
If you still face any issue with the latest version please do let us know.

Hello thanks for sharing this information with us. Kindly create a staging site that should be an exact replica of your live site and share the staging site url, temporary admin and FTP access of the staging site with us so that we can debug the issue on your end by disabiling the plugins and themes.

Also while sharing the access don’t forget to mark your reply as private.

      Thank you very much!

Maybe one little question, when an update comes for the plug-in will the changes been made be overwritten?

    • #218735

No worries! In the upcoming update, we’ll include fixes for this issue. After updating the plugin to that latest version, you will not encounter any problems.

Also in the meantime it would be really great if you can give us 5/5 review here: https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/woocommerce-catalog-enquiry/reviews/#new-post.
This would motivate the team further to do their job more efficiently.

I uploaded the plug-in to the live site, everything is working fine, except for the button appearance.
When i change the color, the button on the site does not change

    • #218738

It seems like there is some conflict issue with your active theme. Can you please check once by switching to some default theme such as twenty twenty four or storefront whether the button appearance settings work accordingly with them.

on the live website with the old plugin the appearance was correct also, only the new plugin not

    • #218741

Thank you for the update. The issue stems from a conflict with your active theme. Our plugin uses the same WooCommerce hook employed for the “Add to Cart” button, with a similar priority for the enquiry button.

It seems your theme has overridden this hook, causing the issue. We recommend reaching out to your theme provider for assistance in resolving this matter.

Let us know if you need any further assistance from our end.
