  Customer cannot chose delivery to france but it’s in place i show you screen shot from Admin/Vendor/Customer view and the last one show the customer cannot chose delivery option so can’t order.
  2 first Screenshot is Admin view
  2 middle screenshot is vendor view
  1 Last screenshot is Customer view
