Could you please let know how the below scenario can be handled:

For certain sets of vendors and for their products, as a system owner, I don’t want to charge or show any shipping cost to the customer at the checkout page. Is there a provision to handle this scenario? I cant include the “Free shipping” option as the vendor charges shipping costs on his/her terms outside the system. On the checkout page, I just want to show “delivery charges extra at the time of delivery” for these defined vendors and products associated with these vendors. For other vendors, the normal rule applies.

Generally shipping cost are displayed in checkout page and cart page too.

Now can you please confirm whether this is the flow you are looking for :
– display shipping price in cart page
– but hide shipping price in checkout page for certain vendors
