Hi, i have an issue

I have 2 zones : 1 zone in a country with a filter on postal code / 1 zone in another country without any filter

Zone 1 = France
Shipping Method :
– Pick-up (Woocommerce Shipping Method for every postal code)
– WCMP Shipping Method – Delivery for postal code : 67400 only

Zone 2 = Germany
Shipping Method =
– Pick-up (Woocommerce Shipping Method for every postal code)
– WCMP Shipping Method – Delivery for every postal code

If a client lives in Germany in a city with the postal code 67400 (same as the filter for zone 1)
I have this error :
“There are no shipping options available. Please ensure that your address has been entered correctly, or contact us if you need any help.”

Could you help me ?

May I know if you have checked marketplace plugin with WooCommerce and standard theme (storefront/twenty). Please deactivate all your plugin, except WooCommerce and WCMp + addon. You can then check the flow. If everything is working fine, in order to detect which plugin is causing conflict- please activate each plugin consecutively and check the flow. It is suggested to please perform these tests on your staging website and keep us posted with the outcome.

By the way, it doesn’t work in your video.

You should not have the error “There are no shipping options available. Please ensure that your address has been entered correctly, or contact us if you need any help” because maybe the postal code exists in UK.

The “No shipping option” message will display until your shipping address’s zip code, city, country matches as per the shipping zone added by the admin on his site.
In my video as soon as I entered the zip code of France, the shipping option was available as you can see in my previous video.

Take a look to my video

If i put a postal code limit (67000, 67400 …) for France.

If i’m client and i i’m living in a city in germany with one of the postal code in the list (67000, 67400…) ==> Nothing works anymore and i have the error.

If i put another postal code in Germany (00001 in the video), it works
