ParticipantWhen we update the polices from the admin dashboard, it is not showing on the vendor policies on the products tab on the website but if we login to the vendor’s dashboard and add the policies then it shows the policies on the products tab.
In the past we have always added it the policies via the admin dashboard and this syncs with the vendor dashboard policies but now that’s not the case.

ParticipantI have also noticed that when I try to update the policy on the vendor dashboard, it doesn’t automatically save.

ParticipantHi Sangita
The issue has still not been fixed.
For example, we have a vendor called Nami.
On the backend if we navigate to vendors and to the policies the information is filled in. If we login to the vendor directly and go the vendor dashboard then the policies we put there is what shows up.
This means that the policies are not syncing up and that the policies that we add on the backend under the vendor as an administrator is not working.

Keymaster@Zia Rahim Thanks for explaining the issue to us. We are able to recreate this on our end and add a fix for the same in our next update. You can keep track of the issue from here https://github.com/multivendorx/MultiVendorX/issues/589.
Just to let you know, in our earlier update we fixed the issue with the policies set by admin not syncing with the policies set by the vendor from the vendor dashboard and showing that on the vendor store page. -
