Issue with WCMp 3.7.3 and 3.7.4 versions. With WCMp 3.7.2 everything works fine.

There are no shipping options available. Please ensure that your address has been entered correctly, or contact us if you need any help.and after placing the order
No shipping method has been selected. Please double check your address, or contact us if you need any help.The same issue happened with both version of AFM 3.2.8 and 3.2.9 (also deactivating WCMp isn’t resolved with AFM 3.2.9)
Woocommerce version 5.3.0.Maybe the problem is checkbox on vendor settings Limit Zone Location?

@Ivan Gacesa, I am sorry to hear that you have faced this issue.
Can you please create a staging site which will be an exact replica of your live site? Share the admin, vendor and ftp of that staging site.
While sharing the access, please don’t forget to mark the response as private. -

Hi @Moumita.
The option “shipping” from wcmp >> settings >> payment is for transferring the money as described “Transfer shipping charges collected (per product) to the vendor.”
Why do you prohibit vendors to set the shipping option without transferring the money (add shipping cost to the vendor earning)?It works fine on the WCMp version 3.7.2. as I sent, why do you change it?
Changing what some option do between versions and update become the huge issue!

Ivan, the reason we merged the two options, is because the setting “shipping” under WCMp>> general only displayed the shipping tab for the vendor.
However, the shipping configuration by vendor, the payment amount of shipping gets carried out by “shipping” settings of payment.
Now as you didn’t enable the “shipping” option under wcmp >> payment, then how did your vendors add their shipping rate. Can you please guide us here, so we can give you the solution ASAP?

What do you mean ‘general only displayed the shipping tab for the vendor.’? Which tab?
In WCMp General settings there is the option (checkbox) which we use:
Enable vendor shipping – If enabled vendor can configure their shipping on dashboard.What this option do if you remove access for the vendors on the page dashboard/vendor-shipping/?
This option is checked on our site and vendors get the message ‘Sorry you are not authorized for this pages. Please contact with admin.’Once again, Payment settings ‘Transfer shipping charges collected (per product) to the vendor.’ is completely different thing.
How can you just decide the merge this functionality – who can configure shipping and who charges – after a lot of versions of the plugin?

Ivan, several users requested us to merge this option for this two reason :
– If you kept the “shipping” option Under Payment disabled (https://scrgrb.in/wxn) but kept the “shipping” of general section enabled , then vendor can’t do anything. They could only see this option :
‘Sorry you are not authorized for these pages. Please contact with admin.’– But in order to configure the shipping rate and send the shipping money to the vendor, both options for shipping needed to activate.
So, even for our previous version, basically, you had to enable shipping of payment option [Shipping: Transfer shipping charges collected (per product) to the vendor.]
That is why we kept only one shipping option.
Now, can you please explain :
as you are not letting the vendor get shipping rates, then why do you need vendors to add the shipping rates? -

just to show Sorry message to vendors? If you decided something to merge or remove the option.. it’s better to remove the settings option also, to avoid confusion.Our vendors set shipping options, but they don’t earn money from shipping cost (as we wrote in another ticket). These 2 options in WCMp settings (general and payment) are great for selecting a business model, maybe you can change it and make functional as sentences near the checkboxes describe. If ‘several users’ want to avoid vendors to set shipping options they can uncheck this in WCMp general settings.

Hi,
The latest update blocks Checkout page and orders! We’ve vendors who set shipping but don’t earn money as we describe many times – Courier services is for shipping and shipping cost.
In the version 3.7.2 there is the option which you decide to remove (don’t know why), please restore it in WCMp General Settings:– Enable Vendor Shipping – If enabled vendor can configure their shipping on dashboard.
and describe in detail (maybe in the manual) the differences between:
– Vendor Earning
– Admin Earning
– Vendor Commission
– Admin Commission
and why do you mix Shipping cost with all of these in transactions and reports.Can you send code that solves this problem, with that we will have a functional site and orders with the latest version 3.7.4. while we wait for you to restore the old option from version 3.7.2?

@Ivan Gacesa, in our next update we will add a more clear version of shipping.
– One shipping option will let vendor add shipping and calculate shipping cost
– Shipping under payment will only send the vendor their shipping amount

@Moumita thank you for the new WCMp version 3.7.5, you implemented 2 shipping options and vendor can set shipping on dashboard even they don’t earn money from shipping cost, great.
One small thing, I saw that you removed shipping cost in the WCMp -> Reports -> Sales distribution (in the previous WCMp version it was ok).
In the screenshot you can see, product price is 1000, shipping cost 1000. Vendor commission is 15% which is ok, Admin Net Earning should be 849 or do we need one more column Admin Earning 849? -

When do you plan to release update for WCMp Advanced Report?

@Ivan Gacesa, the team is currently working on WCMp Vendor Stock alert enhancement. Once that is done, we will work on this.
So hopefully we can release an update on this issue by next week. -

@Ivan Gacesa, it will be difficult for us to release a whole update just for one fix. We do have a plan to work on the degradation of the report plugin. In that update, we will release this.
However, for now, I am sharing you a plugin with this fix. Kindly check your mailbox.

I installed the zip which you sent yesterday and still have the same problem (same as screenshot in the previous post).
The price of the product is 1000, shipping cost 1000. Vendor commission is 15% which is ok, Admin Net Earning should be 849 (not 1849 with added shipping as you calculated). Shipping cost in the table is still 0, not 1000 as it should be.
