ParticipantHi, I see in the latest MultivendorX Pro version that there is a ShipStation module. I activated it just to see how it worked, but I couldn’t really get anywhere with it except for the one settings page in the Vendor Dashboard. Could you please provide information about how the ShipStation module is supposed to work? Thanks!

KeymasterHi @Justin
Now with the ShipStation Module of MultiVendorX the users can enjoy post shipping feature of Shipstation like inventory management, product labeling, easy payment, etc.
Please note you will need a ShipStation active paid account to enable this service -

ParticipantHi sangita, I realize that’s the sales pitch or product description, but how does it actually work? Like can you provide instructions on how and where to set this up since there is no documentation. When I enable the module, I get a ShipStation menu item in the vendor dashboard with a few settings, but that’s all I can find. Can you elaborate further on how to use the module? Where do I go to connect my ShipStation account?
I attached a screenshot of the only place I’ve found for settings in the Vendor Dashboard.

ParticipantI do not have a ShipStation account so I cannot provide you with it. I was just curious to find out more about it.

KeymasterJustin, you need to go to ShipStation.com and you will get a ‘Selling Channel’ pop-up which will allow you to connect to WooCommerce.
If you have an existing account in ShipStation, then you will need to navigate to your ShipStation Account Settings > Selling Channels > Connect a store or marketplace.
Next, find and select WooCommerce to set it up https://prnt.sc/n700CdS4y7Z_
Then you will need to enter the Auth Key and Store URL :
https://prnt.sc/A32F-4-IacRiYou will get the Auth key from the dashboard page: https://prnt.sc/Q7YnnsAdbjb-
Then shipstation will carryout rest of the flow.
