      Hi,

I am looking through the options and I can not find a way to make that when an order from an external seller fails (either by canceled order or failed payment) I also receive an email (as web administrator). How can I do it?

      Thank you!

And I also want to comment on another issue (an error that has been appearing for some time):
After updating Multivendor today (the wordpress I keep it in 6.4.4) these errors appear often, the web as I said works anyway, but sometimes they tell me that orders are canceled to resellers (rarely but it happens) and does not warn if you do not look manually.

I write you the error that sends me:

You can simply configure the emails accordingly by going to the emails section in the WooCommerce settings(https://prnt.sc/hQENSdkSezeK).

Regarding the error can you please let us know how we can recreate the same on our end so that we can look into it and help you accordingly to solve that.

Ok, and is there any way to disable that suppliers (external vendors) do not receive mails of cancelled products? I can’t find that option in the notifications. thanks!

    • #219512

Give us some time to check this and get back to you accordingly.

      Ok, thank you very much.
My suppliers don’t want to receive the order cancellation emails from their stores. But I would like to receive those emails.
As long as I need, you are very kind.
      Thank you very much Sangita!

Thanks for your cooperation. We’ve investigated the process of vendors receiving emails for failed or canceled orders. By default, vendors do not receive notifications for these events; only administrators receive them.
Let us know if you need any further assistance from our end.
