For each unit a percentage of 10% and fixed fee of ZAR10 commission must be attributed to Admin, and that we have tried multiple options.
However, only ZAR 1 commission is being attributed.

Hi there, Thanks for getting in touch with us.
We have checked the commission generation flow with the same configuration as shared by you and the commissions are getting calculated accordingly. Kindly check the screenshots here https://tinyurl.com/28vuxjvh, https://tinyurl.com/298vubuh.
It seems that there might be some other commissions(category wise, membership wise product wise etc.) set on your end and hence the commission is getting calculated as per those set commissions. So kindly check carefully on your end and check the flow again.
If still the issue persists please do create a staging site that should be an exact replica of your live site and share the staging site url, temporary admin and FTP access of the staging site with us. Also while sharing the access don’t forget to mark your reply as private. -

We presume that the issue you are facing because of a conflict of the commission in the Marketplace membership flow. However we are looking into it and as soon as we will get a fix we will let you know.
For now you can set the membership plan wise commission on your end (https://snipboard.io/0fhL9a.jpg) for your required commission flow.
Thanks for your understanding.

Kindly make sure you have set the commissions accordingly for the membership plans. After that check the flow again as on our end the vendor commissions are getting calculated accordingly.
If still the issue persists please do create a staging site that should be an exact replica of your live site and share the staging site url, temporary admin and FTP access of that site with us so that we can check the commission generation flow there.

Hello There, We logged in to your site and checked the flow.
We set the revenure sharing mode as vendor commission and commission value as 80% for the global commission setting (https://prnt.sc/zqebfZKC0vHJ) and then placed an order of 800 (https://prnt.sc/vcKERZ6Hjmt4)for vendor product and the commission generated for that product isd 640 (https://prnt.sc/gmoeAnItxudE).
So that means tjhe commission generation and calculation flow is working absolutely fine. So kindly check agagin carefully on your end.

Last time you shared below solution:
For now you can set the membership plan wise commission on your end (https://snipboard.io/0fhL9a.jpg) for your required commission flow.
Now you changed flow. I need to setup for all membership product with commision percentage of 10% and fixed fee of ZAR10 commission
-
April 15, 2024 at 1:35 PM #219005Sangita Support SquadKeymaster
@Launch Digital, We suggested the earlier solution as the other commissions were not working for you. But now when we tested the global commissions are working fine.
Now as you want to charge 10% and fixed 10 for the products from vendors under membership then you just need to go to admin dashboard >>Membership >> Plans >> here go to the plans detail page and then simply add the commission type and commission value accordingly (https://prnt.sc/JD38ds_hq41q).
Kindly set the commissions accordingly on your end and check the flow. If you need any further assistance from our end please do let us know.
