Hi, I just purchaed the MultiVendorX Pro, installed it on my website and when I click on Settings to enter my API Key, I am getting “Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.”.

Hi Patrice, sorry to hear that you have faced this issue.

If you are able to access Multivendorx setting, then you should be able to access the api setting also.

Now that you are facing this issue, kindly contact the server admi whether you have all the capabilities of the super admin in your site.
