  Is it possible to add one more field (phone number) so that when subscribing to the product with the email, it is also possible to put the phone number?

  As you know by default we only display the email fields. So in order to add additional fields, it requires custom code. I have forwarded this to our dev team. Once I will get an update, will let you know.
