      Hello, when I log in as a vendor and go to Store Settings -> Policies, it returns a critical error. No error shown in Console or Network tab. Can you help with this?

      To help us investigate further, could you please create a staging site that mirrors your live environment and share the following details with us?

      — Staging site URL

      — Temporary admin access

      — FTP credentials

      As mentioned earlier, we’re currently unable to replicate the issue on our end. To properly investigate and provide a solution, we’ll need access to your staging site so we can safely test by deactivating plugins and themes as needed.

      You can easily create a staging site using a plugin like WP Staging. Once the staging environment is set up, please share the following details with us:

      — Staging site URL

      — Temporary admin access

      — FTP credentials
