I’m here for the previous fix on store tabs. The content of the store tabs (not store tabs) isn’t showing… Same issues

If not mistaken, previously it’s still showing accordingly. Maybe it’s plugin conflict but I don’t have time to check one by one yet. Do you mind telling me what was the culprit or how did you guys solve it previously for the store tabs? So that I have some insights in detecting and solving it.

@Chris, We never had conflict issues with elementor. The issue was coming from some codes and that has also been modified on our end. We have checked the above mentioned scenario on our end with the MultiVendorX (4.0.30), Elementor (3.17.3) and Elementor pro (3.13.2) , everything is working fine as shared in our earlier reply.
Given that you’re encountering similar issues again, it’s likely due to a conflict with other plugins. To troubleshoot this, we recommend temporarily disabling all plugins except for WooCommerce, MultiVendorX, Elementor, and Elementor Pro. Gradually re-enable each additional plugin one by one to pinpoint the source of the problem.

I’ve gradually re-enable each and found out that activating The Plus Addons for Elementor Pro are causing the conflict. The widgets (Store Tab Contents & Store Name) are not visible on the frontend once this plugin is activated. I’m not familiar with this and not sure how to debug this. Could you please help in this regard please? Thanks

Hi @Chris thanks for locating the issue. Kindly create a staging site where the issue is recreated so that we can check it on your end and debug this further.

It would be greatly beneficial if you could contact the Addons for Elementor plugin team and inquire about the hook they are utilizing on their end. This information would help us understand why the elements on MultiVendorX vendor store pages, constructed with Elementor, are not appearing as expected when their plugin is activated.
