Hello,

I have enabled stripe but its not working in checkout page, when I buy vendor plan. How to fix it?

@Jacinta Thomas, make sure the vendor has connected their stripe account. Even after that if you are facing an issue please do let us know the video of the flow. So we can assist you accordingly.

We want the vendor to sign up with only a small signup fee for 3 month trial and once their trial ends, monthly fees will be charged if they don’t cancel. The issue we’re facing with your plugin currently is, we have created a membership plan for the vendor, but it asks the vendor for 1 month’s payment upfront with a signup fee when signing up with the 3-month trial. We don’t want to charge vendors any payment apart from the small signup fee when they signup. How can we achieve this using your multivendorX plugin?

@Jacinta Thomas, can you please confirm one thing? Are you using stripe for the payment?
In that case, the stripe will show that it is charging a recurring fee along with the trial amount. but users will only pay the trial amount.

Yes, it worked.

We do have only one membership plan for vendors. Can we customize the checkout experience for vendor registration?
Currently, they are using the same checkout page as customers. Is it possible that after registering as a vendor, they can be redirected (ajax) to the custom checkout page which is for vendors only?

Jacinta, we use WooCommerce checkout for membership too, the reason is it lets the admin use any woocommerce payment mode to receive a one-time payment from the vendors. So, I am afraid that you can’t use another checkout page.
