Re-opening this ticket now as it is still not resolved or our live website still showing an update but don’t know how to update with a new version because there is no option.
If you guys have fixed the issue then its only matter of updating the plugin on our website so we can use the working subscription method.

As we can see you are using the older version of the plugin, which might be causing the issue.. The updated version of Woocommerce Subscription plugin is 3.1.3. which is compatible with WCMp and Advance Frontend Manager.
Kindly go to the Woocommerce My account page where you’ve purchased the plugin and you’ll get the updated version of Woocommerce Subscription from there. -
