Supplier control pannel – can’t add pictures to new product listing

      Hi,

      We found another issue today, issue that was not present the other days.
      We can’t add images for new products that we try to list.
      buttons don’t work

      i’ve attached a video and a screenshot with the issue.

      Sorry to hear that you are facing this issue . We are not getting any such issue on our end . Kindly share the correct ftp hostname , username and password so that our team can access the ftp files and help you accordingly . .

      Thanks for sharing the access details . But we need SFTP hostname too to access the SFTP files . Kindly consult with your technical team and share the proper hostname so that our team can help you accordingly .

      Hi @popa_catalin1983 thanks for sharing the sftp access. However we do not have the permission of adding any code in your files . Kindly talk to your technical team and tell them to allow us to write in the files.

        hi @promita

        this issue has been resolved by our tech team. The problem was a code line that after the latest updates interacted poorly with our website.
        Now images can be posted again.
