Hi guys,
We are interested in the following information. We tested this:
1. publish a product on usatos.com
2. the product goes for approval to the admin
3. product has been rejected for posting on site with a various message
4. after the product has been rejected, we will go to the suppliers control panel on Product manager- all products to check that products status.
But, that product has its status unchanged, “On hold”, as the one when it was sent for approval.is there any way to change a product’s status after it was rejected to be shown accordingly?
Also, is there a way in activating a mail notification method so the supplier will receive a mail of confirmation or rejection for his posted products that need moderation?
Currently, according with your knowledgebase (https://multivendorx.com/docs/knowledgebase/product-management-capability/) you can track those statuses from “notes” area

@popa_catalin1983, As per the current flow, if the admin sets the capability for the vendor to submit products for admin approval then once the admin approves the product to be published, the status of that product in the vendor dashboard will show as Published.
But if the product is sent for admin approval the product status will be shown as pending. If the admin rejects the product he can add a reason for the disapproval of the product if he wants to, then the product status will be shown as Pending in the vendor dashboard but there the dismissal note will be added to the product action section.Now if you want to add custom status for products you can do that.

Solved with tech team, vendor/supplier now receives mails for rejected products.
