Hi,
Hope this finds you well.
I have a vendor who would like to add product shipping by product, and I was recommended the “Table Rate Shipping” for this, I have also installed the WCMP advanced shipping.I activated this in the woo commerce settings and the vendor created the shipping table, but when we attempt to check out the following message is displayed:
“There are no shipping options available. Please ensure that your address has been entered correctly, or contact us if you need any help.”
I have spoken to wooccommerce at length, and they weren’t able to replicate the issue on their test site and advised contacting yourselves…Is there a specific way it needs to be configured to work with it WCMP?
Can you please advise?

Hi,
Thanks for reaching us. There are no other settings. If you active woocommerce table rate plugin then admin can configure table rate and if you add WCMP advanced shipping then the vendor can automatically configure their table rate shipping ( by selecting table rate from vendor dashboard shipping ). So for vendors’ products, it will reflect on cart/checkout. But the notice you shared may come for unmatched shipping. you have set different shipping and customer add the different address in the cart. Can you please check for the normal admin product ( not vendor’s product ). Or this notice is coming for the vendor’s product only?? -

Hi, I only have vendor products on my side and the shipping address is the same as the billing address. This is only coming from the vendors products.

Kindly check if the entered address during checkout matches the shipping zone added by you at your admin end as you can see here (https://prnt.sc/xfyhyq).

This message is coming from woocommerce as WCMp follows the shipping method as supported by woocommerce.
Having said that, may I know if you have checked marketplace plugins with WooCommerce and standard themes (storefront/twenty). Please deactivate all your plugins, except WooCommerce and WCMp + addon. You can then check the flow. If everything is working fine, in order to detect which plugin is causing conflict- please activate each plugin consecutively and check the flow. Also, deactivate Table rate shipping plugin only and keep all other plugins activated and check if the shipping settings is working.
Similarly, for theme conflict- please deactivate the current theme and check with standard WooCommerce theme (storefront/twenty) It is suggested to please perform these tests on your staging website and keep us posted with the outcome.

Hi,
This isn’t showing on the front-end for the customer, everything as it should be nothing shows as an option. Is there an alternative to this that is compatible for variable shipping on a product level?
