Hello. We are having this problem at this moment, as the shipment and taxes amount it’s not going on the seller’s account.

I have attached screenshots where you can see it better: https://imgur.com/a/EWh0k0Z

#1 order details where you can see tax amount, shipping amount and net profit for seller (33.49)
#2 where you can see full amount of order paid on stripe (75.00)
#3 where you can see connect’s section of vendor’s payments and it’s only sendint the net profilt (33.49) it also happened for the 2nd payment on the screen which only sent net profit (10.95)
#4 my dashboard admin configuration where the options of sending the shipping and tax amount to seller are checked

Please kindly check as this is going to be a problem for us if it keeps going that way

I think i’ve realised the problem, just want you to confirm one thing to see if i’m doing a mistake as i entered on the commissions detail and the shipment and taxes amount is passing as expected.

Please check the attached screenshot and the highlighted value. If i write 10 there (regarding to percent) will only 10% goes to vendor account? So if i want to keep a 10% for me, will need to write 90 instead so 90% of the commission goes to seller?

Hi, As you have selected commission mode as a vendor and set the commission amount as 10%, it means the vendor will get 10% of the product amount and the admin will get 90% commission of the product amount.
But if you select commission mode as admin and then write 10% commission it means admin will get 10% commission of the product amount and the vendor will get 90% commission of the product amount.
