Hello,
Please can you help me with this issue. I had notice the same with de Vendor Membership licence
So the two licence bought from you shows the same error.I already deactivate an activate several times but the problem remains the same

Hi Fernando,
Sorry for the delayed response. We cross checked both new order email dated July 21st 2020 (attached in below private message)and order detail 101340 (attached)- both are only showing just 1 item purchased i.e Advanced Frontend Manager and it’s all the 3 licenses are activated(activation detail highlighted in screenshot)
But,we could not locate vendor membership addon against the shared order number. Would request you to please check our screenshot and let me know your view.

That is bacause I purchased a Complete Site (MArketplace) to Aloclick and they included the others Plugins.
But they asked you for support and you got to a Solution.They didn’t ask for support about Advance Frontend Manager because I bougth it myself alone.
So now the other licences not shows any problem and Advance Frontend Manager remain with the issue.

Can you please share the purchase detail or else you can ask Aloclick to share the same, so that we could track the API against the respective order number and check the issue. Hope you can understand, currently system don’t have any relevant purchase information for the vendor membership addon, hope Aloclick can assist you with further info.

Thank you for the access. Both Frontend Manager and Membership activated at your staging, please have a look. So as of now from our record- AFM activation is showing 3 out of 3. Membership activation is showing 1 out of 3.
