  It seems that the file name is changed when the customer obtains the downloaded product after purchase.
  Is it possible to keep this unchanged?

  Hi Naoya,
  Regarding the issue you are facing I would like to say that whenever you are uploading a downloadable product the name gets saved whatever the file name is in your system/laptop/pc and for this reason after downloading the product the name shown is that which is in your system.
  In order to avoid this confusion, before uploading the product you can change the file name in your system/pc/laptop and then upload the product.
