Excuse me, I have been presented with a situation with WCmp and it is that I have, as you already know, the Martfury theme and the elementor pro addons. then I publish a product as administrator and in the market view (it appears fine with all its icons)
but if I publish that product from a seller, the first icon is lost (leave the text and super out of date)

Could you indicate how I can correct this

Sorry to hear you are facing such a problem. It seems like a theme / plugin conflict .
Kindly deactivate all the plugins except woocommerce and WCMpand check. If the problem still exists then switch to our default theme like twenty twenty one.
Let us know the test result , we will help you accordingly.

Greetings I have done everything as indicated and the problem still persists.
It doesn’t matter if I deactivate the plugins or change the theme, the result is the same.

on the other hand, if for some reason I need to deactivate wcmp, the site is completely broken and I need to restore it via DB, this happens both in our development environment and in production and they are different environments
