The latest update has ruined my website

      Hi

      As per the title, the latest update has completely ruined to look of my website. I’ve attached screenshots of the differences. The new layout looks awful and the store page is completely broken, you can’t even scroll down to the products.

      If anyone can help with getting it back to how it used to look that would be really appreciated.

      Hi @mike-4531, from WCMp 3.7 we have changed the look of Vendor list page. We have also redesigned our vendor shop page, to make this compatible with Elementor.

      However if you want to use the older look of vendor list page and vendor shop page too, then add this code in your current active theme functions.php file (But please note, if you use this filter, then you can’t use the elementor to edit the page.
      )

      add_filter('wcmp_load_default_vendor_list', '__return_true');

      Thanks, I don’t need elementor so that’s fine. I’ve added the code to functions.php in my child theme but it still looks like the new vesion. Is there anything else I need to do?.

      @mike-4531, in that case please create a staging site and share a temporray admin, ftp access.
      while sharing the access, don’t forget to mark the response as private.

      Thank you, maybe I didn’t save the file properly when I did it. There is still an issue though. On the store pages, it doesn’t let you scroll down to the products.

      Thank you. We also need to get the vendor address on the order processing email that customers get when placing an order. Can you help with this as well?

      This will let vendors add their details from the storefront page, and display the same inside the customer email.

      Hi, thanks for your response. That option is ticked but the address isn’t being displayed on either the thank you page or the email.

      Please ask your vendor to add these details http://scrgrb.in/u6p, only then they will be displayed inside the mail.
