@francesco ranno, our team checked your site, there are running multiple plugins.
Now we presume some of they is creating an issue. But to be sure we needed to enable the debug mode and check the error. However we didn’t know the file path of your live site.

Now, restoring the site from database backup should fix the issue. But, I will request you to enable debug mode and check-in your staging site to find the root cause of this issue.
